Durable, fair and safe: this hand-knitted teddy, made from the softest baby alpaca wool by Main Sauvage, meets all ecological and social criteria. The cute bear with dungarees was lovingly handmade in a fair trade workshop in Bolivia, with no harmful substances. Here, the focus is on the natural shades of the wool colours and on environmentally friendly dyes. Baby alpaca wool is antibacterial and perfect for sensitive baby skin. Who would have thought that two former architecture students were behind the enchanting label of Main Sauvage? Cécile and Julien dedicated themselves to their heart's project straight after graduation and since 2015 they have been passionate about creating sustainable, timeless and durable rag dolls and much more for the little ones. With the French lifestyle brand Main Sauvage, the two focus on renewable natural materials. All knitwear is made from the softest baby alpaca wool and all cotton items are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class 1 certified. Good working conditions and fair wages are a matter of course for Cécile and Julien.
