Universal Google Analytics & Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. Google uses cookies. “Universal Google Analytics” will be implemented on this website by July 2023. The information generated by the Universal Google Analytics cookie about the use of the online offer by our users is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The latest version, "Google Analytics 4", has also been implemented on this website since June 2023. The processing of the anonymized data usually takes place with servers within the EU or the European continent.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offer and the Internet usage. Pseudonymous user profiles of users can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online service and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
Google Signals
This website also uses the technical extension "Google Signals", which enables cross-device tracking. This makes it possible to assign an individual website visitor to different devices. However, this only happens if the visitor has logged into a Google service when visiting the website and has also activated the "personalized advertising" option in their Google account settings. Even then, no personal data or user profiles are accessible to us; they remain anonymous to us. If you do not wish to use "Google Signals", you can deactivate the "personalized advertising" option in your Google account settings. You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly.
Google Ads
We use cookies to create user pools for Google Ads from visitors to certain areas of this website. This allows us to improve the performance of our Google Ads ads in Google search results and to better target returning visitors who have already used this website. The users in the Google Ads user pools remain anonymous and no conclusions can be drawn about personal data. You can find more information at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de
Google Tag Manager
We use the Google Tag Manager from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for our website. This Tag Manager is one of many helpful marketing products from Google. Using the Google Tag Manager, we can centrally integrate and manage code sections from various tracking tools that we use on our website.
The Google Tag Manager is an organizational tool that allows us to integrate and manage website tags centrally and via a user interface. Tags are small sections of code that, for example, record (track) your activities on our website. JavaScript code sections are inserted into the source code of our site for this purpose. The tags often come from Google's internal products such as Google Ads or Google Analytics, but tags from other companies can also be integrated and managed via the manager. Such tags perform different tasks. They can collect browser data, feed marketing tools with data, integrate buttons, set cookies and also track users across multiple websites. You can find more information about the Google Tag Manager in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

The tracking period for users who clicked on one of our Facebook ads to access this website is up to 180 days. If you want to deactivate cookie storage for Meta (formerly Facebook), you must change your browser settings. Please use the help menu in your browser for more information. The data collected remains anonymous and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the identity of the users.
