Exchange and Return

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days: please unused with the original label and in the original packaging. As soon as we have checked the goods in our warehouse, we will transfer the amount back to the payment method you used.

We ask for your understanding, we do not cover the costs of the return shipment!

Please note: Carrying systems are sealed for health and hygiene reasons and are expressly excluded from exchange and return in accordance with Section 18 Paragraph 1 Items 5, 6, 8 of the Distance Selling Act if the seal has been damaged or removed!
