We deliver to Austria free of charge for orders over €75 (excluding furniture)!
We deliver to Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovenia free of charge for orders over €150!
There are no customs duties or other charges for shipping within the EU.

Delivery times
We ship the goods within 2-5 working days after we have received your payment. Since we have a fairly large range, delivery times can occasionally be a little longer. You will be informed of this separately on the respective product page.
If individual items in your shopping cart have longer delivery times, we will make a partial delivery - if this seems advantageous for a speedy processing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for delivery problems on the part of the shipping company.
Returns
You can return the delivery to us within 14 days.
As soon as we have received the goods and have checked them, we will transfer the amount back to you.
