Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days: please return unused with the original label and in the original packaging. As soon as we have checked the goods in our warehouse, we will transfer the amount back to the means of payment that you used.

We ask for your understanding, we will not be able to cover the costs for the return.

Please note: Carrying systems are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons and according to § 18 Abs 1 Z 5, 6, 8 Fernabsatzgesetz expressly excluded from exchange and return as soon as the seal is damaged or removed!
